On March 1, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated the second sunset reviews of the antidumping duty orders on stainless steel bars from Brazil, India, Japan, and Spain. As a result of the determinations by the DOC and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) that revocation of the antidumping duty orders on the subject merchandise from Brazil, India, Japan, and Spain would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of dumping and of material injury to an industry in the US, the DOC has published a notice of continuation of these antidumping duty orders.
