US DOC rescinds AD review for cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from China

On May 26, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced in the Federal Register the rescission of the antidumping duty (AD) administrative review for certain cut-to-length carbon-quality steel plate from China.

In the review covering the period November 1, 2008 through October 31, 2009 for Hunan Valin Xiangtan Iron & Steel Co Ltd, the DOC concluded that the respondent had not made any exports or sales of subject merchandise during the period mentioned. Therefore, the DOC rescinded the review.
