The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has released today the final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on certain steel concrete reinforcing bars imported from Turkey. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, the DOC, on May 5, 2006, published the preliminary results of the review in question which covers the period of April 1, 2004 through March 31, 2005. The preliminary results for the active companies were as follows: Colakoglu -- 0.26 percent; Diler -- 0.02 percent; Ekinciler -- 0.0 percent; Habas -- 0.0 percent. Many of the companies under review which had no shipments did not answer the antidumping questionnaire or inform the DOC that they had no shipments. Accordingly, in the preliminary results, those companies received an adverse-facts-available rate of 41.80 percent. Upon the comments received, the DOC has decided to make changes in the margin calculation. Accordingly, the following weighted-average margin percentages exist from the period April 1, 2004, through March 31, 2005:
