The US Department of Commerce published the preliminary results of an antidumping duty administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from South Korea. Upon the request of petitioners, the US Department of Commerce (DOC), on August 29, 2005, initiated an antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip imported from South Korea. The review covered thirteen South Korean producers/exporters during the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005. The Department preliminarily decided to rescind the review with respect to eight producers that did not export the subject merchandise to the US during the period of review. The eight producers are BNG, Hyundai, NIC, POSCO, Samkyoung, Sammi, Samwon, and Sun Woo. For the remaining five producers, the following weighted-average dumping margins exist:
