US DOC issues preliminary AD results on pipe fittings from China’s NEP Tianjin

On January 31, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced the preliminary results of its antidumping (AD) duty order 2009-2010 administrative review for non-malleable cast iron pipe fittings from China. The review requested by NEP Tianjin Machinery Company covers the period from April 1, 2009, through March 31, 2010. 

A preliminary AD margin of zero percent has been determined as a result of the review. The final results will be issued no later than 120 days from the date of publication of the preliminary results, if not extended.

The merchandise subject to the order is classified in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) at subheadings: 7307.11.00.30, 7307.11.00.60,7307.19.30.60 and 7307.19.30.85.
