On October 20, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced in the Federal Register the final results of its antidumping (AD) duty administrative review for circular welded carbon steel pipes and tubes from Thailand.

As a result of its administrative review covering March 1, 2008, through February 28, 2009, the US DOC has determined a final dumping margin of 2.13 percent.

As SteelOrbis previously reported, the US DOC had determined a preliminary dumping margin of 4.35 percent for respondent Saha Thai Steel Pipe (Public) Company, Ltd. It also rescinded the administrative review of Pacific Pipe Company Limited.

The petitioners in the investigation are Allied Tube and Conduit Corporation and Wheatland Tube Company.
