The US Department of Commerce (DOC) intends to rescind the antidumping duty administrative review on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from
France.
In response to requests from interested parties, on September 28, 2005, the DOC initiated an antidumping administrative review on certain corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from
France for the period August 1, 2004, through July 31, 2005.
The DOC intends to rescind this review with respect to Duferco after concluding that no entries of subject merchandise by the respondent were made during the period of review.
