US DOC initiates new shipper review for SSB from India
On August 31, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) received a request from Indian producer Ambica Steel Limited (Ambica) for a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel bar (SSB) from India. The producer certified that it did not export the subject merchandise to the US during the period of the investigation. Accordingly, the DOC has decided to initiate a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on SSB from India. The review covers the period February 1, 2006, through July 31, 2006.
