US DOC initiates new shipper review for SS WR from India

On December 1, 1993, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) imposed an antidumping duty order on stainless steel wire rod imported from India. Upon the request of Indian producer Sunflag Iron & Steel Co Ltd (Sunflag), which claimed that it did not export the subject merchandise to the US during the period of the investigation -July 1, 1992, through December 31, 1992, the DOC has decided to initiate a new shipper review of the antidumping duty order on stainless steel wire rod from Sunflag. The review covers the period December 1, 2005, through November 30, 2006.
