The US Department of Commerce has announced the initiation of five-year sunset reviews of countervailing or antidumping duty orders regarding various steel products.
The following sunset reviews are scheduled for initiation in June 2010:
- AD reviews on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium, Italy, South Africa, South Korea and Taiwan;
- AD reviews on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils from Germany, Italy, Mexico, Japan, South Korea and Taiwan;
- CVD reviews on stainless steel plate in coils from Belgium, South Africa and South Korea.
