According to a notice published in Federal Register, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) has determined that corrosion-resistant steel imported from South Korea received countervailable subsidies from the Korean government, at the end of its administrative review covering the period between November 6, 2015 and December 31, 2016.

The DOC has determined subsidy rates ranging from 0.57 percent to 8.47 percent with regard to the imports of the subject products within the given period.
