US DOC: Final results of sunset review on rebar from Latvia

On August 1, 2006, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated a sunset review of the antidumping duty order on steel concrete reinforcing bars (rebar) imported from Latvia.

On the basis of the notices of intent to participate and an adequate substantive response filed on behalf of the domestic interested parties and adequate responses from respondent interested parties, the DOC conducted a full sunset review of this order.

As a result of this sunset review, the DOC has found that revocation of the antidumping order would likely lead to a continuation or recurrence of dumping at the levels indicated below:
