The US Department of Commerce (DOC) has published the final results of a countervailing duty administrative review on corrosion-resistant carbon steel flat products imported from France. The period of the review is January 1, 2004, through December 31, 2004. As previously reported by SteelOrbis, on September 7, 2006 the DOC published the preliminary results of this review, according to which it found that the net countervailable subsidy rate for Duferco Sorral (the company under review) was 0.00 percent ad valorem, which is de minimis. Upon not receiving any comments on the preliminary results, the DOC has decided not to make any changes in them. Accordingly, the final results of this review do not differ from the preliminary results.
