On August 29, 2005, the US Department of Commerce (DOC) initiated an antidumping administrative review on
stainless steel sheet and strip imported from
Taiwan. The review covered fifteen Taiwanese producers for the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005. In the preliminary results dated August 9, 2006, the DOC decided that some of the companies subject to this review made US sales at prices less than normal value (NV) and set the following duty margins for these producers:

After analyzing the comments received, the DOC has decided to correct one programming error in the margin calculation for one respondent, Chia Far Industrial Factory Co., Ltd. (Chia Far). Accordingly, the final results differ from the preliminary results. The final weighted-average dumping margins existing for the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005 are as follows:
