US DOC: Final results of AD review on SSSS imported from Germany

Upon the request of several petitioners and the respondents ThyssenKrupp Nirosta GmbH (ThyssenKrupp Nirosta), ThyssenKrupp VDM GmbH (TKVDM), and ThyssenKrupp Nirosta Prazisionsband GmbH (TKNP)- referred to collectively as TKN - the US Department of Commerce (DOC), on August 29, 2005, initiated an antidumping administrative review on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Germany. The review covered the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005. In the preliminary results dated August 8, 2006, the DOC determined that the imports from TKN were made at less than normal value and set a margin of 2.51 percent for the producer. Based on the comments received, the DOC has decided to make changes in the margin calculation. Accordingly, the final dumping margin existing for the period for the period July 1, 2004, through June 30, 2005, is as follows:
