US DOC: Final results of AD review on SS flanges from India

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published final results of an antidumping duty administrative review on certain forged stainless steel flanges imported from India. On March 7, 2005, the DOC published the preliminary results of the 2004-2005 antidumping duty administrative review of certain forged stainless steel flanges imported from India. The review covered Paramount Forge (Paramount) and Echjay Forgings Ltd (Echjay) for the period February 1, 2004, through January 31, 2005. Interested parties were invited to comment on the preliminary results. Upon receiving no comments on the preliminary results, the DOC decided not to make any changes in the preliminary results. Accordingly, the final results of this review do not differ from the preliminary results. The following weighted-average duty margins exist for the period February 1, 2004, through January 31, 2005:
