The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Thursday that the antidumping (AD) orders against hot rolled carbon steel flat products from six countries and countervailing duty (CVD) orders against hot rolled products from three countries will be continued.

The DOC said that as a result of the affirmative determinations by the DOC and the US International Trade Commission (ITC) in their respective sunset reviews, the AD orders against hot rolled products from China, India, Indonesia, Taiwan, Thailand, and Ukraine, as well as the CVD orders against hot rolled products from India, Indonesia, and Thailand, will be continued.

The next sunset review of these orders is set for November 2012.
