The US Department of Commerce (DOC) announced Thursday the final results of its administrative review of the antidumping order against welded non-alloy steel pipe and tube (standard pipe) from Mexico.
The review covered four companies during the period from November 1, 2009 through October 31, 2010: Mueller Comercial de Mexico, S. de R.L. de C.V.; Southland Pipe Nipples Company, Inc.; Lamina y Placa Comercial, S.A. de C.V.; and Tuberia Nacional, S.A. de C.V.
The DOC determined that none of these companies made any sales, shipments or entries of subject merchandise during the period of review.
Hence, the dumping duty deposit rates for these companies remain unchanged: Mueller, 19.81 percent; Southland, 36.62 percent; Lamina, 2.92 percent; and Tuberia Nacional, 2.92 percent. Lamina is the successor-in-interest to Tuberia Nacional.
The merchandise covered by the order and subject to this review is currently classified in the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS) under the subheadings: 7306.30.10.00, 7306.30.50.25, 7306.30.50.32, 7306.30.50.40, 7306.30.50.55, 7306.30.50.85 and 7306.30.50.90.
