US DOC amends dumping margins for Turkish standard pipe and tube after review

The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published today preliminary results of the administrative review of the antidumping duty order on welded carbon steel standard pipe and tube products (welded pipe and tube) from Turkey. The period of review (POR) is May 1, 2015 through April 30, 2016.

Based on the analysis of comments received during the review, the DOC amended certain dumping margins. New weighted-average dumping margins for Borusan Mannesmann, Borusan Istikbal, Yucel Boru, Yucelboru Ihracat, and Cayirova Boru Sanayi will be 1.55 percent, while margins for Toscelik Profil, Tosyali, and Toscelik Metal will be 0.00 percent.

The merchandise subject to the order is welded pipe and tube. The welded pipe and tube subject to the order is currently classifiable under subheading 7306.30.1000, 7306.30.5025, 7306.30.5032, 7306.30.5040, 7306.30.5055, 7306.30.5085, and 7306.30.5090 of the Harmonized Tariff Schedule of the United States (HTSUS).
