According to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers, in the January-June period of the current year Ukrainian exports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 10.4 percent year on year to 5.163 million mt.
Meanwhile, exports of semi-finished steel products from Ukraine decreased by 36.5 percent in June compared to May, falling to 753,770 mt.
On the other hand, in the first six months Ukrainian imports of semi-finished steel products decreased by 15.3 percent year on year to 210,040 mt.
In June alone, imports of semi-finished steel products to Ukraine increased by 20.9 percent compared to May, rising to 30,100 mt.
