Ukrainian scrap exports down in Jan-Oct

According to data received from a reliable Ukrainian steel industry source, during the January-October 2006 period Ukrainian scrap exports decreased 44 percent year on year to 635,000 metric tons. In October alone, Ukraine exported 52,408 metric tons of scrap.
