Ukrainian iron ore exports up nine percent in Jan-Nov

In the January-November period of this year, Ukraine's iron ore exports rose by nine percent year on year to 34.7 million metric tons, according to the Ukrainian association of metal producers Metallurgprom. Exports of iron ore from Ukraine decreased by 2.9 percent in November compared to October, falling to 3.3 million mt.

In the January-November period, Ukrainian imports of iron ore increased by five percent year on year to 2.550 million mt. In November alone, Ukraine's imports of iron ore increased by 4.3 percent compared to October, rising to 240,000 mt.
