Ukrainian ferroalloy output increases by 24.2 percent in Jan-Oct

In the first 10 months of this year, Ukraine's ferroalloy production increased by 24.2 percent compared to the same period last year to 872,300 mt, as stated by the Association of Ukrainian Ferroalloy Producers (UkrFA).

Accordingly, in the given period Ukraine's silicomanganese output increased by 31.6 percent to 671,100 mt, its ferromanganese production moved up by 23.7 percent to 81,400 mt, while its ferrosilicon output rose by 0.3 percent to 119,800 mt, all compared to January-October 2013.
