Ukraine’s flat steel imports rise in Jan-Nov, exports decrease

In the January-November period of last year, Ukraine registered a 11.5 percent increase year on year in its flat steel imports to 932,510 mt, according to the data issued by Ukraine's Cabinet of Ministers. In November alone, Ukraine's flat steel imports decreased by 25.4 percent compared to October, falling to 78,560 mt.
 
On the other hand, in the first 11 months of last year, Ukraine's flat steel exports decreased by 11.2 percent year on year to 6.037 million mt. In November alone, Ukraine's flat steel exports increased by 7.1 percent compared to October, rising to 471,650 mt.
