Ukraine more than doubles scrap exports in April

In April this year, Ukraine increased its ferrous scrap exports by 2.4 times month on month or by 2.6 times year on year to 123,720 mt.  Meanwhile, the value of April sales went up by 2.8 times compared to March sales to $41.7 million.

In January-April this year, Ukraine's scrap exports increased by 58.3 percent year on year to 218,000 mt, valued at $68.66 million.
