Ukraine approves rise in scrap export duty for just one year

Ukraine’s parliament has approved the bill to increase the export duty on scrap from €30/mt to €42/mt for a period of one year.

The proposed bill had been aiming to impose the increase in export duty on scrap until September 2021. The draft law was submitted to the parliament in April.
