Turkey’s Kardemir announces new sales procedure

Turkish integrated long steel producer Kardemir Karabuk Demir Celik Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. (Kardemir) has announced that it will offer rebar, billet and bloom, beam and pig iron for sale for the October-December period.
 
According to the company statement, Kardemir will sell 150,000 mt of rebar, 140,000 mt of billet and bloom, 65,000 mt of beam and 35,000 mt of pig iron on the basis of price lists for October-December 2011.
 
Kardemir has announced that customers need to apply to the sales and marketing directorate of the company via fax, email or personally until 5.30 pm on Tuesday, August 23, with a list of details including their company title, share certificates and the amount of products they may purchase.
