Tunisacier plans to expand coil coating activities

Tunisacier which is owned by Riva, is planning to expand its coil coating activities with the installation of two new lines in the next two years. The plant located in Bizerta, northern coast of Tunisia, currently operates hot dipped galvanized line which has an annual capacity of 120'000 tons and electro zinc line with output capacity of 50'000 tons per year. The company will install another hot dipped galvanized line with a capacity of 100'000 tons per year and a pre-painting line with a capacity of 150'000 tons per year. The company has also started up to increase the production of its cold rolled mill which is now about to reach full capacity. Futhermore, Tunisacier is aiming to install a new pickling line.
