TFS revise offers for HSC’s privatisation

According to latest industry reports, Towarzystowa Finansowe Silesia (TFS) which is responsible of Huta Staly Czestochowa's (HSC) privatisation, is planning to revise the four offers for the plate mill this week. LNM Holdings has submitted an offer to acquire HSC, following the draft agreement for PHS' privatisation. Also, Ukrainian holding company Donbas, US private investment firm Steel Capital Corp and UK based Global Infrastructure Holding, a subsidiary of India's Ispat Industries have made offers at the end of last month. TFS stated that the four bidders invited into negotiations during August. In addition, the companies had the opportunity to amend their initial offers for a 100% stake in HSC. The bidders are expected to be invited further negotiations by mid-September.
