Tangshan runs trials on stainless production line
Tangshan Steel recently disclosed that Tangshan Stainless Steel Co. Ltd entered the trial production stage. The production line has not reached designed productivity yet, and the company remains a loss maker. However, Tangshan Steel predicts that its stainless outfit will boast strong profit potential once it reaches full capacity. In 2004, the sales revenue of Tangshan Stainless reached RMB 710 million ($85.79 million).
