Talley Metals increases stainless steel prices

According to recent news in the market, a subsidiary of Carpenter Technology Corporation, Talley Metals has recently announced that it is increasing prices of all grades of stainless steel products approximately 3% to be in effect for orders and shipments as of April 12, 2004. The price increase is stated to have been effected due to rising costs of supply and energy.
