Tadong iron ore project in Jilin, China to start trial production at end of year

According to a statement made by Jilin, China-based company Aodong Medicine Industry Group to Shenzhen Stock Exchange, the company is currently building mining facilities and installing equipment at its Tadong iron ore project near the city of Duhua in Jilin Province and it is expected the project will start trial production runs at the end of the current year.

The project has been approved by China's National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) and has also been approved by the State Forestry Administration of China. The date of the official start of production and the targeted annual output volume have not yet been specified.
