Stocks of main finished steel products in China down 0.8% in early June

On June 10 this year, overall domestic inventories of the five main finished steel products in 21 major cities in China totaled 10.53 million mt, down 80,000 mt or 0.8 percent compared to May 31, as announced by the China Iron and Steel Association (CISA).    

In particular, as of June 10, domestic inventory of HRC, wire rod and rebar declined by 0.4 percent, 2.1 percent and 1.9 percent, respectively, while of CRC and medium steel plate rose by 0.7 percent and 2.5 percent, all compared to May 31.
