The South African International Trade Administration Commission (ITAC) has announced the imposition of provisional payment in relation to the antidumping duty order imposed on stainless steel kitchen sinks imported from Malaysia and China.
Accordingly, the provisional payment on the subject merchandise with the subheading 7324.10 from the countries concerned is imposed up to and including 8 October, 2009 as follows:
