SMS Demag to establish steelworks for Celsa Group
According to statement released by German firm SMS Demag, the company has received an order from Celsa Group to establish a steelworks with a downstream continuous billet caster unit at Celsa mill. The six-strand billet caster will be equipped with Convex Technology. The new mill will be built on the Tremorfa site of former ASW Steelworks, which was acquired by Celsa Group in 2003.
