Siemens Metals Technologies has announced that the United Arab Emirates (UAE)-based Abu Dhabi National Company for Building Materials (BILDCO) has placed an order for the supply of mechanical equipment, electrical equipment and automation systems for its new bar mill.
The new mill will have an annual capacity of 300,000 metric tons and is scheduled to start production in the first quarter of 2009.
