Shanghai BNA to complete capacity increase program

Shanghai BNA, the joint venture set up by Baosteel (50 percent), Nippon Steel (38 percent) and Arcelor Mittal (12 percent) is nearing to complete its automotive sheet factory investment program.

According to the latest announcement, the program will be completed in September in order to increase the joint venture's automotive sheet production capacity to over 1 million mt by 2009.
