Shandong Steel incurs net loss of RMB 398 million in Q1

Chinese steelmaker Shandong Iron and Steel (Shandong Steel) has announced that in the first quarter of the current year it recorded a total net loss of RMB 398 million ($63.17 million), with earnings per share of minus RMB 0.0619 ($0.0098).

The total assets of Shandong Steel as of the end of the given quarter amounted to a value of RMB 59.82 billion ($9.5 billion).
