Chongqing Steel’s finished steel output down 25 percent in Sept

Chinese steel producer Chongqing Iron & Steel Co. has announced that it produced 302,000 mt of finished steel in September this year, down around 25 percent compared to 404,000 mt in the same month last year.
 
In the January-September period, Chongqing Steel’s total finished steel output amounted to 3,617,000 mt, down 12.7 percent from 4,144,000 mt in the same period last year.
