According to the official, the BSP plant located in the eastern state of Jharkhand is gradually increasing production in view of the easing of lockdown restrictions by the state government and is negotiating new export opportunities for HRC in markets like Vietnam, Sri Lanka and Iraq. He said that consignments to China had already commenced with the transportation of the steel products by rail to Haldia port on the east coast.
