Russia’s Ashinskiy sees steel output rise 8.18 percent in January-April

Russian steelmaker Ashinskiy Metallurgical Works produced 248,870 mt of steel products in January-April of the current year, showing an 8.18 percent increase compared to the same period of last year. This production figure includes 243,350 mt of slabs - up 9.9 percent year on year. During the period in question, Ashinskiy Metallurgical Works produced 204,797 mt of rolled steel - up 0.3 percent compared to January-April 2010.
