Russian Antimonopoly Service delays hearing in three coking coal producers’ case

The Russian Federal Antimonopoly Service (FAS) has delayed by approximately one month the hearing in the case of Russian coking coal producers Evraz, Raspadskaya Coal Company and Severstal regarding alleged abuse of their dominant position in the domestic coal market.

Legal proceedings against the companies in question were initiated by FAS in July this year, while the hearing in the case was planned for September 15.
