Russia may cancel duty on large diameter pipes imports
Russia may cancel for a period of nine months the import duties on concrete-coated large diameter pipes, to be use in the construction of Nord Stream gas pipeline, which will pump gas from Siberia to Europe under the Baltic Sea, bypassing East European transit countries.
