Russia's Volgograd-based Red October Steel Works is to sign a contract with China for the supply of pipes for the repair of its nuclear reactors.

The offer from the Chinese side, amounting to $20 million in value, was made at the Third Russian-Chinese Economic Forum in Moscow.

Currently, Red October Steel Works has two experimental pipes, which meet product requirements for the purpose in question.
