In April this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 119,317 units, up 2.83 percent month on month and rising by 42.7 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
Meanwhile, in the first four months of the year, real estate sales in Turkey reached 416,535 units, up 22 on year-on-year basis.
