In July this year, real estate sales in Turkey amounted to 96,589 units, decreasing by 12.7 percent month on month and rising by 13.5 percent year on year, according to the data released by the Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK).
Meanwhile, in the first seven months of the year, real estate sales in Turkey reached 731,669 units, up 20 percent on year-on-year basis.
