In 2009 Zhejiang Province-based Chinese stainless steel producer Qingshan Holding produced 32,000 mt of stainless seamless pipes, the highest output figure in the domestic industry.
In addition, the company produced 835,000 mt of stainless crude steel and 450,000 mt of stainless flats in the past year. In July last year Qingshan's Jinhui subsidiary carried out a successful hot run test on its Phase III continuous casting project, laying a solid foundation for increasing the output levels of Qingshan Holding.
