Privatization of MMK postponed

The privatization of 17.8% of Magnitogorsk (MMK) shares is postponed. The reason of this postponing might be the upcoming parliamentary (in December) and presidential (early 2004) elections. There is still too much talk going on about prospect alliances and mergers, but the fate of MMK is still unclear.
