Preliminary results of CVD review on SSSS in coils from Italy
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of full sunset review of the countervailing duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Italy. DOC, on June 1, 2004 initiated sunset review of the countervailing duty order on stainless steel sheet and strip in coils imported from Italy. On the basis of adequate responses from domestic interested parties and respondent interested parties, DOC is conducting a full sunset review for the countervailing duty order on imports of subject merchandise. DOC preliminarily determined that revocation of the countervailing duty order would be likely to lead to continuation or recurrence of subsidies at the levels below:
