Preliminary results of AD review on SS bar from Germany
The US Department of Commerce (DOC) published preliminary results of administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain
stainless steel bar imported from
Germany.
DOC, on April 28, 2004 initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on
stainless steel bar imported from
Germany. The period of review was March 1, 2003 through February 29, 2004.
DOC preliminarily determined that sales of
stainless steel bar imported from
Germany have not been made at less than normal value in the US.
Accordingly, the following margin exists for imports of subject merchandise from
Germany:
